POET is part of a federal public institution of higher education, all the research done at POET is in the public domain. We are very committed to open access policy because we believe research conducted with taxpayer money must be available to those who pay for it. Therefore, all thesis, dissertations, books and articles produced by our academics or students are made available in the Digital Repository from where they can be freely consulted and downloaded directly from our site, from the University of Ceará Institutional Repository or from open access journals in which our academics and students publish.
